Starring in The Housewife, a psychological drama from first-time feature filmmaker Ben Shirinian, are Naomi Watts (Mulholland Drive), Tye Sheridan (Ready Player One), Michael Imperioli (The White Lotus), and Norman Reedus (The Walking Dead franchise). Ben Shirinian is launching the film’s international sales at EFM through Neon International.

The movie, which is based on a true event from 1964, centres on a driven young reporter for the New York Times named Sheridan as he searches for a possible Nazi commander who may be hiding in Queens. The consequences of his inquiry become even more troubling when he encounters Watts, the sophisticated and lovely wife of the suspect.

Along with EP Alyssa Hill, who also wrote the storey, Robbie Brenner (Barbie, Dallas Buyers Club), Kevin McKeon (Call Jane), and Lee Broda (May December) are producing. Domestic rights are represented by CAA Media Finance. June is when production is scheduled to start.
