Trailer of Drive to Survive
Although an official teaser for Drive to Survive season 6 has not yet been released by Netflix, the show gave fans a preview of the new season during last month’s Netflix Cup event. The brief video featured CEO Zak Brown and team captain Lando Norris of McLaren discussing the team’s dismal 2023 season start at a golf club.
Before talking about their expectations for the remainder of the season, Norris is seen chatting with Brown about the “difficult” start to the year. The conversation most likely occurred prior to Norris earning seven podiums at the end of the year, when his teammate Oscar Piastri also won several prizes, even if the exact year this tape was shot is unknown.
After boycotting the first four seasons of the programme due to fabricated scenarios that he felt were “over the top,” it is anticipated that Verstappen would return for his second season. The three-time world champion was finally persuaded to participate in Season 5 after discussions with the producers, during which he stated that while Drive to Survive “has to be realistic,” he “always wanted to be a part” of the show.
