The UnXplained is an hour-long nonfiction series that delves into the world’s most intriguing, peculiar, and puzzling mysteries. It is produced by the same people that brought you Ancient Aliens and The Curse of Oak Island.

Golden Globe and Emmy Award-winning actor William Shatner (Star Trek, Boston Legal) serves as the show’s host and executive producer. Each episode will include insightful contributions from scientists, historians, witnesses, and experienced people who are all attempting to explain how seemingly impossible things can actually happen. According to Rory Mellon of Tom’s Guide, the programme has risen to the top 10 Netflix viewed shows. Mellon states that “The UnXplained covers a hell of a lot of stuff, some of it not very solid either.” Mellon issued a warning: “This oddly appealing series will probably pull you in even if it doesn’t actually provide many clear answers. If all you can do is enjoy the atmosphere of mystery.”
